Wilber and Eric are super helpful in the diagnosis and did not charge for the inspection, explained the whole situation to me patiently.

We had a master toilet that took 3-4 flushes to flush completely and in a drought especially, this was unacceptable. Plumbtree's dispatch was able to fit me in same day and Anthony Morin & partner responded promptly. Anthony explained that after so many years, the hard water buildup had clogged the flushing system and suggested installing a new toilet. He checked to make sure there were no stoppages in the sewer line with a snake camera. Anthony got a new toilet to fit our very small space bathroom and re-installed our bidet which ended up malfunctioning for the same reason, so he came back to reinstall the new one with no extra charge. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, professional and cleaned up after himself each time. We will definitely use Plumbtree again (and request Anthony) for our next plumbing project.

Had an excellent experience with United Plumbing when they installed a washer and dryer hook-up. The Service Tech was extremely professional and considerate and did excellent work. I'll most certainly be using them again.

A guy from this company came to clean my house sewer pipe to the street section which belongs to the city of Cupertino. It should be cleaned every year since the tree roots grows into it. When I looked into the sewer pipe opening, I saw spider webs spanning across the diameters of the sewer pipe with tree leaves on it. It is normal since the pipe opening cover (with air holes) was not opened for a year and spiders like the safe place to live. The guy then pull down a buck of water into the sewer pipe, waited for 30 seconds, and then put the drain cover back. I said, wait, you need to clean the pipe using snake. He said, I already cleaned it. I then said, It is impossible since I saw spider webs with leaves in the the pipe. How do the spider webs insider the pipe survive the snake? He said, snake can go through the spider . Come on, this is a 4 inch wide pipe, a professional snake with a 3 inch steel blades should destroy anything on its way. The spider webs inside the openings should be completely gone if he really did his job. He then said, do you want me to clean it again? I will charge you the second time. What? He obviously did not do it in the first place, and now he want to charge me twice? What a cheating company! The thing is, this section of pipe belongs to city of Cupertino. This company wants to charge the city twice for one service job. City of Cupertino gets ripped of by this Abjdd plumbing company. I will report to the city and the city should find another reputable plumbing company for it's contract work. Period.

On day two, Jane was dispatched as the second technician. When it came to fixing the mess created by the first responder, he was cool under pressure, patient, and immensely useful. Since Santa Clara Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was unable to keep the scheduled appointment, the first person to arrive was from a company that helps them. For me, it was like comparing night and day. Jane is an excellent choice for any project since he is , competent, direct, and pleasant. He laid out his rationale and recommendations in clear prose.Not like the first responder, he cleaned up after himself and left the area dry. To Jane, with gratitude. I hope you keep climbing the ladder.

We needed to replace a toilet and asked for estimates from a number of plumbing companies. Sam at United Plumbing was quick in his response and provided an estimate after I sent a couple of photos of the current and the replacement toilet. Other companies wanted to come to review the situation before providing a quote. What a waste of my time. United's price was reasonable and competitive. Sam was very clear in his online communication with me and even offered me same day service, which we jumped on.

Anton arrived promptly on time, was personable and very quickly replaced the toilet. He left the bathroom cleaner than it was previously. :-)

We will certainly use United Plumbing again in lieu of our previous plumber who did not respond.
