We had a rotten smell seeping into our garage. The PGE inspector confirmed it was not gas and assumed it was the main sewer so we called R.P.S.. Sara Anderson was nothing but professional and extremely responsive. They performed a full inspection including our entire crawlspace and confirmed the smell is from decaying rodents in the crawlspace…I would 100% recommend R.P.S. to anyone in need of plumbing services as they do what’s needed to get to the bottom of your problems.

Of course disaster strikes at 10pm on a Saturday night…we were super backed up: showers, sinks, toilets were not working. I called several places first thing on Sunday morning and United was the only company that was able to come before 4pm…not only that, but they rearranged some things and arrived within 1 hour! Super great. They will be the only company I use going forward.

The plumbing contractor was excellent! We had a burst pipe that had flooded our upstairs, so we needed someone to come out urgently. This happened late Friday, so we were concerned about getting someone out on the Saturday, but this company was great!
