Last week I came home to a flooded house. My 6 year old went potty before we left the house and put to much paper in the toilet. Not only that to make things worse the filler valve was stuck and flooded my home. My wife did was looking for plumbers to call as our neighbor stopped by because he saw us trying to remove the water and asked what was going on so we told him and he recommended Ishmael at chandlers plumbing and I could never be happier. They showed up ready to help and focus on the issues that were occurring. After unclogging the toilet and running a camera they notice we had tree roots in the pipes. So he showed me all the issues and went over what can be done to fix the pipe and possibly help a (back up again) we sat down and spoke pricing and I was very happy with what we went over and how things were explained in detail. He sent his guys out and got the job done in a timely manor. After the job they cleaned up very good and made sure there was no mess left behind. I would definitely recommend them to any family or friend for the plumbing needs

Corey came out and did a small job for us on our new home's back patio removing a leaking PVC valve and pipe, and replacing a crusty old hose bib. I was out of town at the time and he was nice enough to explain our options to me via Facetime and then quickly and excellently completed the job. When I called him weeks later to ask where our main water shutoff valve was on our new house, he actually remembered our little job after doing undoubtedly dozens of other jobs since then, and was able to explain where I could find it. Very positive and enthusiastic young man...we'll certainly be calling again if the need arises.

Over the last two months, we've been dealing with main sewer line issues. When we reached out to Pipe-Thru, Jose responded very promptly and came to do an assessment; within 20 minutes he was able to accurately identify the real problem. Instead of trying to replace all of the old piping that ran throughout our backyard, he provided an elegant and novel solution of creating a new sewer line with the trenchless pneumatic bullet method in front of our house to connect to the city clean out. Not only that, but this was much more cost effective than other methods we had been evaluating.

The following week, Jose and his team arrived very punctually to begin the work. They were incredibly efficient and finished the entire job in 2 days. Throughout the project, they were proactive in educating us about different parts of the project, going above and beyond to resolve new issues that came up without increasing the price, and giving us heads up about water disruption (which was very minimal). They took special care to make sure that none of our landscaping was impacted, and cleaned up so well that you never would have known they were there. Other projects we were considering would have required damaging large parts of our back porch, yard, and concrete, whereas with Pipe-Thru none of our landscaping was impacted at all.

Receiving our water bill which increased 3X to $1000, we learned that we must have a water leak on our main line. After Home Serve Insurance was unable to find someone...I went online and found Freedom Underground Plumbing and met their owner, Freddy Porras, who using sophisticated equipment, located the pipes and used compressed air to find the possible leak....Given our 150ft. driveway and 50 year-old galvanized pipes the leak was in more than one place which necessitated installing new pipe....and Freddy has the equipment to drill underground beneath the pavement, up a very steep incline to a previously opened hole to connect to the house water line....Freddy and his crew were able to accomplish this within the week...aside from the labor involved as his crew should be commended...I never realized that drilling was possible without the destructive effects of open trenching...(I have camellias along the driveway....bottom line....Freddy aside from being knowledgable, is great to work with and I would definitely recommend his plumbing service for this work....

We couldn’t find the leak. We suspected the dishwasher was the culprit, but they were able to detect a crack in a pipe in the wall behind the faucet. They gave us a few options where we ultimately found the best solution. They have followed up, making sure everything is taken care of. We are so happy with their work!

Kiet and his colleague were nice, friendly, awesome and quick! He answered my call regarding my water heater leaking and he told me he was in the area and would come right over to give me a quote. He was at my house in 30 mins took a look at my water heater and told me I needed a new one due to how old it was and that it looks to have been leaking for awhile. The leak was so bad that the plywood was bowing and mushrooms started growing. The water heater I had was 30 years old. He then proceeded to tell me what needed to get done and provided me with a quote which I agreed on. He drained the water tank and left to get the supplies. He came back with his colleague and got straight to work. They had my water heater installed in no time. They kept the work area clean and cleaned up the water from the leak. I am so happy with the work they did!

Long Version: At the end of 2020 we discovered that our sewer lateral had rotted through in the middle of our yard, and also had major root intrusion under the sidewalk causing monthly backups. The initial quote from the plumbing company that performed the unclogging was nearly $20K for a full replacement out to the main. I immediately started shopping around for competing quotes, including paying $400+ dollars total in inspection fees to various competitors just for the privilege of receiving a quote. My search led me to the TrenchFree website which is very professional and gave me the initial impression that they would probably provide a quote at the higher end of the spectrum, but that was not the case. Felipe at TrenchFree provided a free inspection and an economical quote for a partial replacement of the upper asbestos sewer lateral that had rotted through the bottom, and the middle clay sewer lateral that had major root intrusion. Their price included the building permit, with a quoted per hour price for sourcing an additional encroachment permit that may be necessary. They were pretty backed up (no pun intended) around the end of 2020 but provided a realistic time estimate for sourcing the building permit and starting the work once the contract was signed. An added bonus was that now that we were TrenchFree customers if our lateral clogged again before replacement, they would come out and clear it for free. Jose stayed in contact and called me once their schedule opened up and the permit was sourced to begin the work. The work was completed over 2 days, one full day for the lateral replacement and one morning for the inspection and finishing touches. The crew lined up the encroachment permit, but was able to complete the job without digging up the sidewalk or pavement so they cancelled the permit and didn't even bill for the time they spent sourcing it (saving me $1000+). After payment I was provided a copy of the building permit for my records. Our yard is semi-landscaped and is in the same condition as before the work was performed, which is impressive given the amount of dirt that was excavated. As a homeowner the entire process was seamless and the TrenchFreee team made it as positive and experience as possible. I highly recommend this company!

The owner of the company came out and explained everything that needed to be done and why. He gave me a fair quote and his crew did a fantastic job putting in a new sewer drainage system. Chico and crew did amazing work in my house. The long rainy season took a toll on our sewage lines which were all clogged up, leaving us with backed up drains on a long weekend. Chico came to our house in night and didn't hesitate to work in the heavy rain. He came again next day with 4 more folks and did drain cleaning, clean outs installation, shower leak fix and a few other minor things. Price was reasonable and quality of work was high.
