Best Trenchless Sewer Line Replacement in San Jose CA

Over the last two months, we've been dealing with main sewer line issues. When we reached out to Pipe-Thru, Jose responded very promptly and came to do an assessment; within 20 minutes he was able to accurately identify the real problem. Instead of trying to replace all of the old piping that ran throughout our backyard, he provided an elegant and novel solution of creating a new sewer line with the trenchless pneumatic bullet method in front of our house to connect to the city clean out. Not only that, but this was much more cost effective than other methods we had been evaluating.

The following week, Jose and his team arrived very punctually to begin the work. They were incredibly efficient and finished the entire job in 2 days. Throughout the project, they were proactive in educating us about different parts of the project, going above and beyond to resolve new issues that came up without increasing the price, and giving us heads up about water disruption (which was very minimal). They took special care to make sure that none of our landscaping was impacted, and cleaned up so well that you never would have known they were there. Other projects we were considering would have required damaging large parts of our back porch, yard, and concrete, whereas with Pipe-Thru none of our landscaping was impacted at all.

I received a couple of huge water bills from the city, so I called Freedom to see if they could help me figure out what was wrong. Turned out that I had a busted water main that was draining toward the street, so there were never any telltale puddles in my yard. Freddy gave me an estimate and got me on his schedule for the next week. Rain caused some delays, but they came on the next business day to install a temporary above-ground line so that I wouldn't be wasting water (and money). When they came out to do the repair, the crew was quick, did a great job, and kept my yard almost entirely intact. A few days after the main was replaced, I realized that my sprinklers weren't working, so I got back in touch and Freddy sent a couple guys out the next day to get those back online. Overall, my experience with Freedom Underground was very positive, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs to get some underground plumbing work done. Thanks, Freedom!

Took a shower at my friends house using a tankless water heater and water softener and I thought to myself oh my goodness if I ever own a house I want this… And since I rent from my sister I told her she needed to get this and she finally agreed, but I had to find the plumber for her to approve. So, after meeting with several companies we decided on a Aaron’s Plumbing & Rooter not only was the pricing competitive Aaron was very knowledgeable and explaining to us the process of installing a tankless water heater and a water softener. He showed up with his guys and in a few days the work was done. He warrantee his work and told me if I ever had any problems with the system to go ahead and give him a call… Not only am I happy my sister took a shower and she was amazed at the difference in the quality of the water well as how quick the water got hot she didn’t have to turn on the shower 10 minutes before her shower to get the water running hot. Thank you Aaron for a job well done! He will be using you for all our future plumbing services! ???

Not good at all. I was hopeful from reading all of the 5 star reviews but I had a bad experience. There was water damage around my toilet so I thought that it just needed a new wax seal and hose. They put in the wax seal and anchors but later that night the damage got worse!!! Started flooding our downstairs bathroom (below upstairs bathroom). They did not replace the super old hose and they didn’t notice that the top part of the toilet was leaking onto the old hose. Husband was able to replace the hose and part in top part of toilet easily.

We need to replace the toilet as a whole but we won’t be calling them

I highly recommend Manny and his crew from EJ Plumbing. What a pleasant contrast to some of the other folks I spoke with. Very competent and fast. Called EJ Plumbing yesterday, and quickly scheduled an estimate. They immediately followed up with auto-generated emails and texts, one sign of a professionally run company. Manny texted this morning, asking if he could start early. Within 5 minutes of arriving, he had looked at our old water heater, proposed two options (Rheem and Bradford White) and we agreed on the price and plan. He started prepping the site right away, and a team showed up within an hour. Manny identified a hot and cold crossover problem caused by another plumber, proposed a price to fix it and took care of it himself, while the crew continued working on the water heater install. He also called in another senior EJ plumber to look at a leak in our irrigation system. They quoted a price and fixed that as well. Overall, EJ's been a friendly, smart and efficient company to work with. Bing bang boom and get it done. Other firms had refused to talk with me until I found the model number on our attic water heater for them, or played the old decide in 10 minutes sales game, or delayed over a week to send someone to look at the outdoor issue. Glad I found them (via Water Heater mfg's recommended local contractors). We will use EJ Plumbing for all future plumbing jobs.

I can truly cannot recommend TrenchFree and their team enough. For a solid year, we've been having plumbers visit our house every 2-3 months to fix repeat issues. Finally, we spoke with TrenchFree. When all the other companies we spoke with were going to charge $150+ to run a camera in our lines and find the issue, they offered a free estimate. The workers at our house were all incredibly friendly and professional, and got to work quickly. They were able to identify a problem with our pipes outside our house that every other plumber had missed. Within days we received a quote back, and they were on site to fix the issue. They even came during 106 degree weather, on a Friday going into a holiday weekend, to make sure the job was done right. Lastly, and this is where they truly won me over: Once the job was complete, we thought an issue had arisen that still wasn't fixed. Within 24 minutes of me hitting send on my email, they were back at the house and fixed the problem -- even when it turned out it was OUR fault and nothing they did. Please let me stress this:: do not waste your time pouring through lists of reviews, looking for plumbers who cut prices in order to raise them in other spots. TrenchFree doesn't have the same number of reviews as some of the other companies, so they may get overlooked. Don't make my mistake. Call TrenchFree the FIRST time, and they'll be your last call ... not your fifth, like they were for us. A+ work. Everyone was amazing. Thank you for a great experience!!

The owner of the company came out and explained everything that needed to be done and why. He gave me a fair quote and his crew did a fantastic job putting in a new sewer drainage system. They worked very hard for 4 days and when they left you could not tell they had been there at all. Everything was spotless. I would highly recommend then. They are simply the BEST!

We are from out of town and locked our keys in our truck. Although we didn’t have them do any work for us, we’d hire them in a heart beat. Although not their problem, these guys saw us in a parking lot and jumped in to help. They spent a large amount of their time bailing us out of our situation. These are the type of people I would trust to hire. They are good people who care in a world where most don’t.

Julio and his team were amazing and fixed our clogged kitchen sink. The clog went very far down our building’s pipes, and they did everything professionally and thoroughly. They even wear shoe covers to make sure our floors didn’t get dirty as they went in and out. Highly recommend!
