Jose and his crew did an excellent job installing about 40 feet of sewer pipe at our home by pulling through a new seam-less pipe through the tree root filled existing pipe under our driveway. They also removed and replaced some driveway pavers to access to two holes that they neeeded to dig at both ends of the repair. When finished, you can not tell this major repair even happened - an excellent job.

We had Aaron install a tankless water heater about a year ago, and he did such a great job that we recently had him back to install a new water softener. Falcone have been our go-to plumbers and A/C specialists for years. A few years back they moved an air-conditioning unit for us at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. I manage Union Plaza Apartments, a 36 unit apartment building in Palo Alto. I got several quotes from different plumbing companies that were $20,000-$30,000 MORE than Champion Plumbing to replace our building water heater/boiler system. It has been 3 months since Champion’s installation and the system is flawless. The owner of the company, Tim, is an excellent communicator and his dispatch is efficient and pleasurable. The team of plumbers were always on time, clean, quiet and respectful to our property. They followed every direction I gave them exactly as I requested. The project was completed exactly when and how was promised. Good contractors like Champion are hard to come by these days. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Last year my toilet broke. Golden State sent someone within my crazy available schedule. Quoted a price, picked up the new toilet, installed and cleaned up the mess. PERFECT. The price quoted was the price I paid.
Most important- I felt safe having this stranger in my house.

Dropped by at 2 PM on Tuesday. Showroom and everything else on this site was closed up. Nobody was there. Facility posted as “employees only!” Called them at 4:30 PM. Answering service said there was no one there. Will look elsewhere to replace a plumbing fixture they installed a few years ago.
