This company stands behind their work and is willing to do what is right for the customer. I had Chandler Plumbing come out for a backed up sink, their plumber arrived and fixed the sink but during that process the plastic pipe had a slight leak, the tech attempted to fix it and left, but after an hour or so I had water leaking from that pipe. I reached out to Chandler Plumbing the next day and they were quick to respond to my dissatisfaction. I applaud them for doing the right thing which was to send a tech back out to fix the issue correctly. This is truly a professional business who takes pride in their customers satisfaction and is willing to go above an beyond to take care of their customers. I called and used the Freedom underground plumbing service because our manhole system at the front yard had the two submarine plumbs to push the sewer water over the 400 feet pipe to the public sewer system. This was built on the hillside new construction, completed on June, 2020. It was surprised us that the plumb was keeping running without stopping. Of course, it was dangerous to burn out the plumb soon.
When the owner, Freddy, was on the job site, he decided to replace two plumbs based on the sewer system original design technical data. He educated me how the system supposed to work and maintain. I was impressed and decided to use their service. Before the parts are available, he suggested me to turn it off for most of time, and turn on on occasions. When the parts become available, their crew came immediately to replace and fix the issues. And, they provide life-time warranty for the parts and labor. This is very important factor for the manhole owner. Their service is professional and excellent.
Nobody wants to have the sewer system problem. If you have one unfortunately, I highly recommend the Freedom Underground plumbing service.

I called Falcone Plumbing because I had a toilet that was phantom flushing at all hours of the day and night. After talking to Mike on the phone, he scheduled his team for the same day. Stephen arrived with a mask and booties on. He was prompt, courteous and and very knowledgeable. Since Stephen was here repairing the phantom flusher, I had him replace the ball float on the master bedroom toilet too. Falcone plumbing came highly recommended and now I see why. I would definitely call Falcone again should another issue pop up.

Kiet showed up when he said he would, took the time to understand our needs and examine the property, and gave us a fair price for the job. He completed the work the same day, staying well after dark and making sure everything was just right. We would definitely hire him again.

Not good at all. I was hopeful from reading all of the 5 star reviews but I had a bad experience. There was water damage around my toilet so I thought that it just needed a new wax seal and hose. They put in the wax seal and anchors but later that night the damage got worse!!! Started flooding our downstairs bathroom (below upstairs bathroom). They did not replace the super old hose and they didn’t notice that the top part of the toilet was leaking onto the old hose. Husband was able to replace the hose and part in top part of toilet easily.

We need to replace the toilet as a whole but we won’t be calling them

Trenchfree recently replaced a very old clay pipe sewer line, that had a lot of tree root issues, with the HDPE pipe. They handled the challenges in the replacement very well, as the original installation was very old. They installed brand new clean outs and there was no trace of any digging after they finished the work. They took care of pulling the permits and getting the city inspection ( done via zoom due to Covid).. On the whole an excellent job well done by a dedicated crew.
