I had a leaking hot water heater. I called and the response was the same morning. Geraldo showed up on time and replaced my hot water within a few hours. The service was excellent, professional and good advice for how to proceed was offered. I am very pleased. I definitely will call Chandler Plumbing for future service needs. Highly recommend.

First I would like to say that Rooter Hero made a commitment and stuck to it when three other plumbing companies said they would come out but never showed.Mario the service technician was absolutely awesome! I’m in the trades and Mario was patient with me and explain to me in detail where my issues were. He showed up with a handshake and a smile which is hard to come by nowadays. I really appreciate the work that was done I can rest of ease!!

I had a somewhat unique leak detection issue. I am on the HOA for my condo complex and one of our buildings in a shared water line which likely has pipe leak somewhere. I explained this to their customer service when I made the appointment.

When their tech arrived, he told me he couldn't help me because it was a shared water line. He also had trouble understanding that I was not calling about the building I lived in, I needed help with the meter for a different building.

I took off work this afternoon to meet them at the complex. It ended up being a waste of my time.

The company called me after I wrote this review. For what it is worth, the tech was friendly and the customer service was helpful. I am sure they are good in most cases, I just had a bad experience.

Jose and his team did an excellent job of installing trenchless pipe for our main sewer pipe. Jose was courteous, prompt and professional. He explained the scope of the work clearly and gave us estimates upfront. His quote was reasonable and quality of work was top notch.

The tech was very open to questions and kept me informed as to what was happening. Very thorough and clean when completed. Very helpful at the beginning helping define the extent of the problem and and proposed solutions. I would definitely recommend their services and I won't hesitate to use them again when needed.

Mike and his crew were swamped but Mike found time in between two different jobs when one was finished early. Mike called me personally and said if I had time he could send a guy out immediately, of course I said yes. We can live without our AC!!! His man was able to diagnose the problem and get us up an running . My wife says he helped out with other issues and would give him a 10 star if we could. I agree!

Kiet and his colleague were nice, friendly, awesome and quick! He answered my call regarding my water heater leaking and he told me he was in the area and would come right over to give me a quote. He was at my house in 30 mins took a look at my water heater and told me I needed a new one due to how old it was and that it looks to have been leaking for awhile. The leak was so bad that the plywood was bowing and mushrooms started growing. The water heater I had was 30 years old. He then proceeded to tell me what needed to get done and provided me with a quote which I agreed on. He drained the water tank and left to get the supplies. He came back with his colleague and got straight to work. They had my water heater installed in no time. They kept the work area clean and cleaned up the water from the leak. I am so happy with the work they did!

Not good at all. I was hopeful from reading all of the 5 star reviews but I had a bad experience. There was water damage around my toilet so I thought that it just needed a new wax seal and hose. They put in the wax seal and anchors but later that night the damage got worse!!! Started flooding our downstairs bathroom (below upstairs bathroom). They did not replace the super old hose and they didn’t notice that the top part of the toilet was leaking onto the old hose. Husband was able to replace the hose and part in top part of toilet easily.

We need to replace the toilet as a whole but we won’t be calling them

I can truly cannot recommend TrenchFree and their team enough. For a solid year, we've been having plumbers visit our house every 2-3 months to fix repeat issues. Finally, we spoke with TrenchFree. When all the other companies we spoke with were going to charge $150+ to run a camera in our lines and find the issue, they offered a free estimate. The workers at our house were all incredibly friendly and professional, and got to work quickly. They were able to identify a problem with our pipes outside our house that every other plumber had missed. Within days we received a quote back, and they were on site to fix the issue. They even came during 106 degree weather, on a Friday going into a holiday weekend, to make sure the job was done right. Lastly, and this is where they truly won me over: Once the job was complete, we thought an issue had arisen that still wasn't fixed. Within 24 minutes of me hitting send on my email, they were back at the house and fixed the problem -- even when it turned out it was OUR fault and nothing they did. Please let me stress this:: do not waste your time pouring through lists of reviews, looking for plumbers who cut prices in order to raise them in other spots. TrenchFree doesn't have the same number of reviews as some of the other companies, so they may get overlooked. Don't make my mistake. Call TrenchFree the FIRST time, and they'll be your last call ... not your fifth, like they were for us. A+ work. Everyone was amazing. Thank you for a great experience!!

We are from out of town and locked our keys in our truck. Although we didn’t have them do any work for us, we’d hire them in a heart beat. Although not their problem, these guys saw us in a parking lot and jumped in to help. They spent a large amount of their time bailing us out of our situation. These are the type of people I would trust to hire. They are good people who care in a world where most don’t.

Julio Valencia is very professional. He did a great job and fixed the main water line and faucet very efficiently. He also explained to me what the problem was and his solution. He has all the professional tools with him in his service vehicle. I am very pleased with his work and I will hire him again for future plumbing work at my house. I recommend his services for anyone who needs a plumber. The price is very reasonable considering that he fixed my plumbing issue outside of the normal hours of 9 :00 AM to 5:00 PM business hours.
