We thought that the lack of hot water for the rest of us was excessive shower time by the teenagers. On the upside - cold water is one way to encourage them to save water during the drought. But after several days of claims that it wasn't them, we thought maybe the water heater was the culprit. It was older than the eldest so just maybe it was time. And it was Sunday before we were going out... Beni came quickly, worked fast and cleaned up when he was done. I would recommend Water Heaters Only to anyone - and the teenagers said they told us so.
