They clear backed up kitchen line on dec 01 and after 3rd day again backed up .Called the owner and he was rude non professional and asked we have cleared the line at that day so will not fix again and will asked for 500$ bucks more to fix it again.i asked why why not to fix it at that to correct job done at first place and answer was you have other issues that we do not .I do not know which people are giving 5 start for such pathetic ,non professional service

We found out we had a leak under our landscaped lawn due to our very high water bill. The city said we were responsible for finding the fix. I called a plumber. They said we should call a leak detection service as they would have to damage our yard to find the leak. I called several places and no one could come for several days. I finally called Freedom (I had not called earlier as they were not in our town so wasn't sure they would travel to our location). Freddie said he would be out the next day. He arrived and told us what he would need to do to locate the leak and if we wanted his team to repair the leak they could. We agreed and he had a team out the next day. Once the leak was found, they replaced the PVC pipe with copper pipe. But the best thing of all..... You would have no idea we had work performed on our front lawn. They were very professional and did a great job of making sure our yard looked just as good when they left as when they arrived. I would highly recommend Freddie from Freedom Sewer.

The lady in the office mixed up scheduling the same job twice this week, she said Tuesday but scheduled for Wednesday. She scheduled for 2:00 - 4:00 PM but at 6:00 PM, no plumber and then dropped the job, leaving a resident without use of his shower/bathtub for 3 days. The apartment manager had to scramble to find another plumber at the last minute. Go-Mez Plumbing doesn't schedule the day they tell you, they don't show when they're scheduled to arrive, they don't call to let their client know they would be late and they renege on the job altogether. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend using them as they will leave you in a bind.

Although not their problem, these guys saw us in a parking lot and jumped in to help. They spent a large amount of their time bailing us out of our situation. These are the type of people I would trust to hire. They are good people who care in a world where most don’t.
