Eric was phenomenal! We had urgent sewage backup issues. He came during a very cold afternoon within just an hour of my call. We both anticipated it would be about 15 minutes total setting everything up together and getting it done. It was not that easy. He stayed late into the dark and the cold to try and help us. When the first machine wouldn’t work he left and came back with one that did. He worked so incredibly hard to make sure my family could have working plumbing. A family man himself he was so understanding and so kind. My house was a mess and he still put on his protective shoe gloves. He also followed all Covid protocols wearing his mask and keeping distance.I highly recommend this company especially Eric if you are lucky enough to get him. He absolutely did not give up and I am so forever grateful for his service. Give this guy a raise!

I called Genmor Plumbing - San Jose at around 11pm on a Friday night and left a voice message. They had someone there to take my call within 20 minutes and was able to solve my problem in about an hour. I'm really glad I found them and will be recommending their service to everyone!

They are double to triple the cost of any other vendor just to do a simple snake drain unclog. They did the job, but it could have been done at one-third the cost. Very sad. I can't pay any of my bills this month as it wiped out my budget.

they did a great job on the water heater installation, but $3400 for the job is very pricy. They leave without cleaning their mess and leave a huge oil stain from their truck on my drive way.

I had a back up issue. A plumber came out to clear the line and said I have a broken pipe. I am not sure about that, so I hired Gomez to camera scope the line, and they found the line is in perfect condition.

Then I hired them to install a 2 way clean out. On the day of the job, they found I already have a clean out. They are so honest and can totally be trust!

I googled, called Legacy to install new takless water heater and wanted to get it done in a week. They promptyly sent out Jorge the very ext day. Jorge tunred out to be extremely knowleagable, was able to provide quote within hours, showed up next day with water heater and did extremely professional job. Reasonable price for a quality job, exceptional! Highly recommended!

I found they were working on my neighbor's sewer and called them for estimation for my church. There was an offset between 2 sections which the other company couldn't get through to give me a video of the whole sewer line, somehow Trench Free was able to wiggle and get through which surprised me already. The offset area also caused blockage of the sewer line,. Then we scheduled repair just for this section since other areas are pretty OK. They came in about 1 hour late due to the work of the other job. In short, I really like their job. Very professional, fast, neat, reasonable price. They provided me a video of entire sewer line which makes me much more comfortable without worrying other areas. They cleaned up work area very nicely and even fixed sprinkler which probably damage long time ago.

We are from out of town and locked our keys in our truck. Although we didn’t have them do any work for us, we’d hire them in a heart beat. Although not their problem, these guys saw us in a parking lot and jumped in to help. They spent a large amount of their time bailing us out of our situation. These are the type of people I would trust to hire. They are good people who care in a world where most don’t.

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.
