Tim Vu came over yesterday and did a great job as usual. He rearranged our dryer vent so we could push it back more, he re grouted our bathrooms, and he changed out a supply line under our bathroom sink.

The receptionist China has been real nice and easy to talk to. She does a great job in communicating to customers, she schedules the appointment windows,and calls you to let you know when the technician will arrive.
It’s been a pleasure working with this company, I will definitely use them again.

Professional, friendly and communicative. Texted before arriving in early part of two hour appointment window. Axel wore a mask and shoe covers. He assessed problem, explained it, came up with clear bid. Did the work fast and cleaned up after himself. He even offered, at no additional charge, to climb under the house in our grimy crawlspace and check the pipes. He came out with lots of pictures and ultimately gave everything a clean bill of health. Next time I need some plumbing work I will call Plumbtree.

I could not have been more pleased! On a Sunday morning I discovered water bubbling up through the expansion joints of my driveway. My main water line to the house had sprung a leak. I left a message Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back Monday morning. Service Manager Kem was at my house Monday afternoon to investigate. A very reasonable quote was provided Tuesday afternoon and work commenced on Wednesday morning. The work completed by Humberto and Melvin, under Kem's direction, was speedy, clean and they were able to complete the job in one long day. Great job! Everything went smooth from initial call to the on-site clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again.

We were very pleased with our experience, beginning with our interactions with the front office. Steve Burleson came out to help us figure out why our water heater's pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Steve researched the availability of replacement parts and brought a new heater. Steve presented the various possible fixes, ranging from replacing parts to putting in a new water heater. Given the age of our old water heater, we opted to have Steve install a new one.

Steve was extremely pleasant and professional. He explained everything very clearly and the workmanship was excellent. He put in some new piping and shutoff valves and rerouted some of the lines to reduce the existing rat's nest. It was a pleasant surprise when he deducted the cost of an earlier visit when another technician came out and relit the pilot light.

Their quote for repiping a section of our house was not only affordable, but also prompt and accompanied by friendly service. They ensured that the installation was of good quality and conducted necessary checks before and after the process.

Less than 24 hours after my old water heater had broken down, San Jose Plumbing had installed a new one. Their front office was easy to work with and followed through on all of their commitments.

The plumber who did the job, Jose, is a real pro. He did excellent work and he provided great service. The location of our water heater presented some unique challenges and Jose managed them well. He also showed up in a timely manner and completed the job efficiently.

They will be my go-to plumber in the future.
