Highly recommend! Charles M. from $15 Sewer & Drain came out promptly and resolved my *major*, whole house sewage blockage. I was so happy and impressed with the service, the response, the quick resolution and the price! Seriously the best plumbing response I have ever seen from any company!

I'm typically the person that is skeptical of the big service companies, but gotta say, glad I tried this one!

I called them because I thought there was an issue with my water softener. I spoke with Jason, and he gave me some recommendations to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. He took the time to answer all my questions. It turns out the noise I was hearing was unrelated to my water softener. I'm grateful for them for genuinely helping me over the phone, I will definitely use their service if anything more serious happens at my home.

EDIT: Called them again for advice on upgrading my water softener or not. Marty, the owner, came and tested the water hardness and said the current system was still efficient, just needed to regenerate more frequently. Super friendly service, can't recommend enough!

He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also super nice. He fixed the problem and even cleaned everything up. He went way above and beyond. Well, guy couldn't unclog drain and when I ask about snaking the main drain, he stated the cap was too tight that I should make another appointment. He tried to unclog plugged bathtub, unsuccessfully.
He did repair leaking sink in rear bathroom but I guess his time was up and didnt want to clear drain...
Me, personally think I wasted $185.00 dollars this day...

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.

I believe this company, Aquatek Plumbing San Jose, CA, overcharges significantly for an average job they do, to the point that I consider them not being ethical. In my case, my contact was very arrogant, difficult to work with, answered e-mail fine, but not the phone messages. I chose Aquatek Plumbing only because the HOA had them do the video scanning of the sewer line starting on my property and continuing through common area (I had paid half of the video cost). The job I gave Aquatek Plumbing was to repair three feet sewer line, on my property in San Jose, CA, which was damaged by tree roots. In my opinion, after they do the video, they overcharge significantly to do the repair job, because, they know if you go to another company the new company may have to do the video scanning again and charge you for it. As a multiple property owner for the past 48 years, I have worked with many service organizations and I have found this company to be unethical, significantly overcharge and be very difficult to work with. I would not recommend them to anyone, including HOAs.

They did a great job for me . Manuel from Pennington plumbing called me 30 minutes before heading to my house. He came prepared and ready to go ,replaced my leaking faucet in less than 20 minutes . checked for any other leaks and done .Manuel and his partner were very pleasant,polite,professional . I will use them again for all my plumbing needs . THANK YOU !
