Best Burst Water Line in San Jose CA

Genmor Plumbing is the best in the business when it comes to plumbing. I've been working with them for over five years now, and they've never let me down. They always show up on time, they always clean up after themselves and they always do a thorough job.

On a scale of 1-5, I would give James a 10. Professional. Focused. Got the job done pretty quickly considering all that was involved. Went out of his way to write up a note explaining how this happened that we can share with our HOA since they might be responsible, or partially responsible. Also, the communication from the office was great.

Edgar (my technician), was professional, very friendly, and provided clear explanations for the issue and work to be done. Will definitely use again!

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.

The plumbing contractor was excellent! We had a burst pipe that had flooded our upstairs, so we needed someone to come out urgently. This happened late Friday, so we were concerned about getting someone out on the Saturday, but this company was great!
