Terrific experience! My bathtub drain was clogged so I made an appointment on the website for the next day. Fred came in on time and fixed it with such professionalism, and he also took a look at my stucked sink. He was super thorough, friendly and kindly explained the issue so that I understood what is going on. 10/10!

I recently used this plumber service and I am thoroughly impressed. The plumber was prompt, courteous, and successfully fixed the plumbing issue in my property. Their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding.

My water bills were skyrocketing. The problem per SF Water Dept. was that my toilets were leaking. I had another company (5 Star) give me an estimate. They said all 3 toilets should be replaced and it would cost over $5,000. Then I had Genteel check out the scene. They did not try to sell me 3 new toilets. They fixed the old ones. For $540.

Quite a difference!!!

That was a few months ago. The toilets are fine, my water bills are normal-ish. Case closed.

I hired A-1 to snake my water line that was backing up into the garage, they were fast a d did a good job. It was $500 for the service
]]however they should have checked the shower in the garage as well.After they left that evening we discovered the line was backing up into the garage shower so we called them back..They refused to return u less we paid another $500 they said on e they left the job the case was closed and they did. Not warranty their work. Il Ne er work with them again they did not even offer a discount.

My hot water heater broke. I called Discount Plumbing Rooter and they assured me that they work on tankless water heaters. They sent a plumber the same day, who said he doesn't work with this model. He offered to send his co-worker this morning. The co-worker did not take the cover off or do any inspection at all, and announced that the whole unit needs to be replaced.

I wasted 24 hours and 2 appointments with Discount Plumbing Rooter. Did they have any intention of repairing my tankless water heater? Why didn't their dispatcher get more details? Why did one plumber send another plumber who was equally unwilling to diagnose or inspect the heater?

Contacting this plumber may be a huge waste of time for you, as it was for me. They delayed this urgent repair, which will be handled by a different company.

The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
DO NOT USE this company.
