Had AB plumbing do an open wall estimate to find a leak that had been going on for weeks. They offered different options to address the issue and after carefully explaining it to me we decided to start with the cheaper suggestion and work our way through. Problem was found, fixed and I felt that the communication was amazing and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend and be using them again.

The Lutz plumbing team was a pleasure to work with both from a professional execution as well as a friendly attitude perspective. Kelly from the office did an excellent job of figuring out the right quote, handling payment via credit card when i was available and keeping me appraised of status throughout. Phil and the installation team were prompt on time and made it a point to make aesthetic adjustments and spend time explaining the products to us. I just posted a photo of the new toilet Ace installed. Our house has had Ace out numerous times to resolve various issues relating to our building's age (1880's) and the shoddy DIY work of previous owners. These guys have always been nice. Upfront, accurate estimates before work begins. In this particular bathroom Ace advised us we could either keep fighting the issue or simply replace the toilet. They let me select, from the variety at the big box hardware store, for whichever toilet would meet my needs (and fit). Dude! I so wish we'd done this long ago. It looks so sweet and the flush so reliable without threatening to overflow.

I highly recommend Ros Plumbing. Niall and a member of his team, Fernando, came out to diagnose the cause of a leak, which left me without water for three days. They corrected the problem (replacing an aged pump) the next day. Additionally, they corrected an old issue which resulted in no heat, and installed a new thermostat and garbage disposal unit both of which were no longer functioning. All within five hours! Not only are they talented and efficient and reasonably priced but they are also personable -when everything is going wrong, a nice demeanor goes a long way! Thanks Niall and Fernando!

Water heater replaced, same day, well priced, technicians were super respectful and caring. Also replaced a troublesome faucet in the kitchen in the same service call. Dispatch /office ppl and technicians all very nice and caring. 10/10
