Ace was able to send help out on short notice on a Friday afternoon for a Water Heater repair. The technician Mo was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, friendly and he helped us get our hot water back!

Called smelly Mels when I had water leaking from my ceiling Doug the technician arrived with a great attitude and assured us we're didn't need to worry he covered our flooring and began to remove Sheetrock and discovered we had a hot water leak he was able to repair and get our water back on if I could give them a 10 star review I would thanks smelly Mels

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.
