For the past 7+ years we were having problems with our downstairs toilets causing major clogs and periodic flooding in our basement. It has truly been a nightmare to deal with. After 8+ plumbers giving random ideas that never worked I was referred to o’Grady who solved an extremely complex problem. I was on the verge of breaking ground and redoing piping until Mateo and Brendan from O’Grady came to the rescue. They ran the camera for hours and they were able to locate a piece of metal in the pipe that was causing the severe clogging. Mateo attached a magnet to his camera and was able to snake back out the large piece of metal that was stuck 20 feet into the pipe. Truly impressive work of plumbing and innovative thinking that saved me time and money. I can not thank Mateo, Brendan, and O’Grady enough for all the help!!!!!

Our gutter downspouts & the drainfields for each were very clogged with years of tree needles etc. We tried diligently to clean & hose them out ,usually in a rain storm with water running on our patios & decks. Plumbers really had no options & then we called Roto- Rooter. Farid arrived timly, explained the process & his specialized equipment , took downspouts off ,cleaned them, jet sprayed the drainfields ,put all back together & fully cleaned up the mess. I recommend Farid & this service with my highest recommendation & we are already advising friends & real estate agents that we work with, of the service, as I'm sure it is a common problem in the northwest. Farid was courteous , polite, prompt & professional. Finally, the costs for the job were very reasonable given the result of solving the hassle of dealing with the issue. Had to reschedule my apt, workers were very understanding. When they did come out, Marcus was very professional and asked appropriate questions to understand the issue. He explained repairs, cost and time frame of repairs. When it was time for payment, Zelle was not working but Marcus did not mind following me to the bank a few blocks away. Will use them again.

Removal and replacement of an old toilet in our house. He is the most thorough and professional plumber I have ever met.
