I don't often write reviews, but I'm obligated after my recent experience. A few weeks ago I contacted several plumbers to fix a leak and 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing was the first to respond. The technician arrived quickly after my initial call and recommended I spend $2,000 to remove the toilet/sink then cut a large hole in my wall to look for the issue. I called another plumber for a second opinion and they quickly realized the leak was from the fridge on the other side of the wall - costing less than $500.

Funny thing is, a neighbor called 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing a few days later for a separate plumbing issue and they recommended the same thing! We need to cut a hole in your wall to figure out the problem. Turns out my neighbor just needed a small part from the hardware store. If you want to save time a money I suggest looking elsewhere!

Our gutter downspouts & the drainfields for each were very clogged with years of tree needles etc. We tried diligently to clean & hose them out ,usually in a rain storm with water running on our patios & decks. Plumbers really had no options & then we called Roto- Rooter. Farid arrived timly, explained the process & his specialized equipment , took downspouts off ,cleaned them, jet sprayed the drainfields ,put all back together & fully cleaned up the mess. I recommend Farid & this service with my highest recommendation & we are already advising friends & real estate agents that we work with, of the service, as I'm sure it is a common problem in the northwest. Farid was courteous , polite, prompt & professional. Finally, the costs for the job were very reasonable given the result of solving the hassle of dealing with the issue. Basili is the owner and he supervised my sewer line repair years ago. Since then I’ve used them on several occasions. The guys that come out are always courteous and do quality work.

Plumbing services I’ve hired in the past have shown up well past the time quoted. The plumber from Chosen was here on time, spoke respectfully, and was friendly when he explained the problem.

Nobody likes to deal with plumbing problems. And this time around wasn't any different. I received a super high water bill and was told by the water company that I may have a leak somewhere?! I called a few plumbers who came out, but did not find anything wrong. A friend of mine told me to try AB Plumbing. From the immediate help I got on the phone to the time two techs arrived at my residence, I could not have been more pleased. I could tell I was dealing with an experienced company. The techs that came to my house found an underground pipe breakage that was causing a huge leak/water waste. This ended up being a big project and I am so happy I had AB Plumbing in charge of it.
In the future, I am certainly using them again.

Jason (owner) is a great person to work with. I called about 10 plumbing company’s on a Saturday and he was the first to call me back. He came over and helped me out right away. Jason is a true knowledgeable professional to work with. I had a complicated issue at my house and he was dedicated to seeing me through the end and making sure I always understood what was going with the plumbing. As a contractor myself I could not recommend him more to work with. His right hand man Frank has good plumbing jokes too!

I tried to call for estimates and the service agent, Mia, scoffed and hung up the phone. When I tried to call back, she blocked my number. When I called from a different number that service agent was extremely unwilling to help in any way. Use at your own risk. If management would like to contact me, I'd be more than happy to speak to them.
