The plumber arrived on time and called ahead to let me know what time he would be there. He was very polite, courteous and professional. He was very thorough inspecting everything after he had unclogged the drain and noticed that two pipes that had started to leak. He quickly replaced the pipes. The fees charged were as quoted and very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Graham's work was top notch! He quickly diagnosed our air gap problem and came up with a solution. He was also very professional and stands by his work.

Dan was on time and courteous. He brought booties for the floor. He got the job done quick. Thanks Dan.

Edit: A few weeks later, Daniel's associate came and also installed a faucet. First he helped me find the right faucet to purchase. Then they came and installed it. All in only a few weeks. And Daniel's associate was super professional, and did the install job quick. Thanks Dan and team for everything!

I highly recommend Ros Plumbing. Niall and a member of his team, Fernando, came out to diagnose the cause of a leak, which left me without water for three days. They corrected the problem (replacing an aged pump) the next day. Additionally, they corrected an old issue which resulted in no heat, and installed a new thermostat and garbage disposal unit both of which were no longer functioning. All within five hours! Not only are they talented and efficient and reasonably priced but they are also personable -when everything is going wrong, a nice demeanor goes a long way! Thanks Niall and Fernando!
