I reached out to Mr. Rooter Plumbing to install a small water heater under the sink of my artist studio. I was able to schedule a consult with a plumber the same day. Mr. Jim Murray was very patient and courteous with me even when I changed up the model type of water heater from four gallon to tankless. He was able to install the heater in about a hour. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for fast and professional service.

So happy with our bathroom remodel! We had plumbing issues and backups prior to the remodel but James & James took care of that. They suggested we increase the size of our pipes which solved the issue. Now we can enjoy our new bathroom without worrying it will leak down to our second floor or backup at the connection to the sewer line. Great service and work you can trust!

Kat Fernandez was great. great service, polite, respectful, and insightful. She explained in detail and arrived to fix the issue not to sell me services I didn't need.

We had a leak that was investigated 3 times previously!! No one would commit to say where it was coming from or to do the job until Alec came around. American Leak Detectors pointed at a certain area without guarantees. Thanks to this guy, we had the leak properly assessed, found and fixed. Great service, friendly and super efficient. Cannot recommend this man enough!! Thank you!!

The O'Grady team was super helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. Office folks were on top of scheduling etc, and onsite crew turned up when they said they would and got the job done as promised. (And for the 2 nights when the pipes were uncovered, they left the earth in the tidiest pile of dirt I've ever seen.) We've used them for several smaller jobs before but the big one went super smoothly.
