Best Leak Detection Equipment in San Francisco CA

I have had a recurring issue with my toilet that had become a real embarrassment when I had guests over. Other companies have given me estimates to fix it / replace it, but it was just too pricey. When other “emergency” plumbing services could get to me for more than 24-hours, these guys showed up in 90 minutes on a Sunday morning. Sean was able to diagnose the problem, gave me several options of how to fix it, was pleasant, professional, and cleaned up after himself. Now my drain is fixed and my sink is no longer leaking and I don’t have to take the day off from work!

Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.

Had AB plumbing do an open wall estimate to find a leak that had been going on for weeks. They offered different options to address the issue and after carefully explaining it to me we decided to start with the cheaper suggestion and work our way through. Problem was found, fixed and I felt that the communication was amazing and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend and be using them again.

Be aware of this crooky and cunning old man name Phil. He will charge you like a top dollar for a simple task. Should avoid him as quick as you can. He is dishonest and just want money from you. STAY AWAY from him
