I used a different plumbing service ~2 months prior for the same issue. A.B. solved my issue permanently, and at half the price of the other company. Additionally, they tightened our loose sink handle (with a special tool) for no cost to us. I'll definitely use them again and refer them to others!

For several years, we have wanted to have tankless water heaters installed in our two condos. Nearly every plumbing company that we talked with was less than encouraging. We actually gave up several times until this one last attempt to have tankless water heaters installed. We had the good fortune to select Chosen Rooter & Plumbing from a group of plumbing companies that were listed on Yelp. Daniel, as the account executive, immediately took the lead in helping us make decisions that would best meet our needs. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout the process. He was a careful listener and after hearing our hopes and expectations, he put together a great implementation plan. At every step of the way he gave us advice and guidance that was remarkable. His associate, Ron, who was on site doing most of the work, was also a delight to work with. He was friendly, funny, and the consummate professional. He made the actually day to day work a breeze. I cannot say enough about both Daniel and Ron. Given the opportunity, I would be delighted to work with both of them again. They are a great public face of Chosen Rooter & Plumbing.

The team was responsive and arrived quickly. We had an issue that other plumbers had no clue how to fix and had passed on and the technicians were able to resolve the issue within an hour! They were in general friendly and professional as well. They also saved us a ton of money not having to replace our very specific pump type.

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.
