The plumber phoned to say he would be here a little late which was fine with us. Work began promptly and we were kept informed of progress. All additional work on pipes and gaskets done. We were very pleased with the work.

Phil and his team are outstanding! I ran into an issue with my Duravit bidet that could not be resolved locally. Phil came to my rescue, not only following up with the manufacturer and keeping me in touch about the warranty, but also carving out a day for his team to come to me (I’m in sacramento) To make the repair. They showed up when promised, at the time promised, and made the necessary repairs to get me back in business. It’s rare to find people in business with Phil’s ethics and focus on customers.
