Tech came for a Kitchen sink plug and repair. He was clear, concise and polite. I just paid for estimate. The two quotes I received for the work were unreasonably expensive. Will try to find a more affordable option.

Our ancient hot water tank suddenly started hissing and spraying steam and hot water in all directions, doing a Fukushima meltdown. I turned off the gas to the tank, the water to the house, then called Mr Rooter. Their president, Stan, came within an hour, rigged up a bypass so we could immediately have cold water running again, then installed a new hot water tank the next day. Ahh, hot water again. Excellent, efficient service. We'll definitely use Mr Rooter for all future plumbing crises.

Our new bathroom had a Kohler new model toilet. It began running. After trying to fix it myself, then getting the contractor to try with some replaced Kohler parts unsuccessfully, I got The Lutz contact from the pros at Kohler. Lutz took over the issue from the Build.com (Ferguson) people. When the right parts arrived Brandon from Lutz Plumbing arrived at the appointment time. He was polite and knew what he had to do. It wasn’t easy but he fixed it and left me his number to confirm that there was no further issue. He called later to check up. Great service. Polite clean and professional. Lutz is now our go to plumbing company. I highly recommend them.

Mario and Jaran did an outstanding job installing our new tankless water heater. Our old one was making a very loud & disturbing vibrating noise, and unfortunately had reached the end of it's useful life. They were extremely friendly & professional, and worked very hard to finish the big job in a single day. The water did not quite get as hot as we wanted, and when I called Works Plumbing about it Mario came right out the very next day to adjust the temperature up for us. Great company with great customer service!!
