Genteel succeeded when other plumbers failed. On top of getting the job done quickly, they were super communicative, on-time, friendly and clean. They've definitely earned my future business.

Only issue we had was getting bill emailed to us. We requested it at least 3 times - 2 different email addresses & finally got it almost a month later.

Emergency. It’s Sunday afternoon. Our holiday party guests were due at 3 pm. At 2 pm we found that our drains were clogged. Toilets overflowed. It could not have happened at a worse time. I went on-line and looked for the nearest rooter-plumber who could come out. Chosen was nearby and answered the phone. I could hear a child in the background. I explained the problem. “You have come to the right place. We will be there between 3 and 4.”

In the event, Ramon arrived at 3:30. He explained how he would investigate. When he determined the general location of the blockage, he set to work. By 5:30pm the blockage was cleared and we were “good to go”.

I give top marks to Chosen for their prompt response and top marks for Ramon to a job well done.

Here’s hoping I will not have to see Ramon professionals any time soon. But you can be sure I will call Chosen when the occasion arises.

They fixed some big plumbing issues and small ones. Phil was so responsive and communicative and Vern knocked it out of the park both times he was here at the house. Of the plumbers we got quotes from, the were not only reasonably priced, but prompt, responsive, and clear in explaining the rationale between the work they do and don't recommend. Several other plumbers recommended more drastic work, but they respectfully disagreed and told us why. I respect that honesty and professionalism and would recommend them.
