Best Any Water Heater Replacement in San Francisco CA

Had a huge water bill so I called to have leak detection service. They were fast and courteous. Didn’t find a cause showed me confirmation that nothing was leaking. They were very professional

Knowledgeable, competent, friendly, responsive. Highly recommend! We’ve used Mr Rooter for years. They’ve handed some complex issues in our house. What I like is that they take a methodical approach to diagnosing plumbing problems so that the fix is commensurate with the problem. They always try to find the least invasive and least expensive approach, but can handle big jobs as well. They are also great about explaining what is causing the problem. All the staff are friendly and customer oriented. I had a few scheduling snafus and the team was quite flexible about this. Plumbing is a key system, so it’s a relief that I can rely on Mr Rooter.

They didn’t only fix the issue but go above and beyond to help us cleaning up with tools he has. Super nice, haven’t had this kind of service and kindness for a while.

After scope evaluation by Plumber Rafael of a sewer lateral being separated and no slope, he provided bid to replace with new cast iron pipe, new house trap and cleanout. Decided to have the replacement done and it was completed in 2 days with minimal excavation and sewer interruption (2hrs). Also only needed to replace two concrete squares. Rafael's crew was efficient and hard working.

Our gutter downspouts & the drainfields for each were very clogged with years of tree needles etc. We tried diligently to clean & hose them out ,usually in a rain storm with water running on our patios & decks. Plumbers really had no options & then we called Roto- Rooter. Farid arrived timly, explained the process & his specialized equipment , took downspouts off ,cleaned them, jet sprayed the drainfields ,put all back together & fully cleaned up the mess. I recommend Farid & this service with my highest recommendation & we are already advising friends & real estate agents that we work with, of the service, as I'm sure it is a common problem in the northwest. Farid was courteous , polite, prompt & professional. Finally, the costs for the job were very reasonable given the result of solving the hassle of dealing with the issue. The plumber who came out not only found the blockage in my pipes, but also went the extra step to go next door and address the backup on my neighbors drain pipes.
