Great customer service and responsive. Came out the next day to unplug a toilet. Shane K was the technician and he was awesome. We will definitely use Bill Howe again. Prices was cheaper than other places as well.

This was a team effort, that included Sala, Beecher, Marco, Xavier, Patrick, Ralph, and Christian. They were all very professional and personable. Sala kept me updated and I felt she always had my interests as top priority. And I wasn't even a VIP member yet. Beecher explained the work that needed to be done, what options I had, answered all my questions, and clearly stated the costs. Xavier and Marco were responsible for the plumbing inside my house which included replacing 2 toilets and replacing, under several sinks, new piping and shut off valves. They did beautiful work. Their workmanship was excellent. I could tell they took pride in their work. Patrick, Ralph, and Christian were responsible for the work outside. I was very happy with the the results of their work. Great job! everyone. I couldn't be happier.

If you are looking for a plumbing company to help you. Look no further! I have called almost every company in San Diego and found this one which is IMO the best priced and has the best customer service by far!It’s interesting because this was the last company I had the patience to call. Just based off the cheerful tone of voice and positive attitude the call representative answering had, I knew this was the company I wanted to use. Now it was just a matter of the pricing.Diagnostic is free! Which I feel like less than half of the companies I called provided.My plumber’s name was, MAURICIO and he was THE BEST! Super friendly guy, calm and knowledgeable, and does his job with a smile.Mauricio helped with changing a shower cartridge. This shower cartridge was old. Like really old. So old the house was probably built around the shower cartridge. Being this old the cartridge was super corroded and was not easy to remove. Pieces of the plastic we’re breaking off and the cartridge came out in two separate parts instead of one entire piece like it’s supposed to.Other companies didn’t want to deal with this cartridge and said they have to replace the entire shower and the piping which would have cost up to a thousand dollars. Mauricio got it done without having to do a ridiculous amount of work and charge an arm and a leg.This is the first time I have used Exodus Plumbing and I am more than satisfied! I will definitely be using this company in the future and if they are able to maintain this level of customer service and continue to give competitive quotes I can easily say I have found my go-to plumbing company!Thank you again Mauricio! Ideal Plumbing came out to fix a toilet that was not installed properly by a different company. The plumber was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and completed the work in an appropriate amount of time. He had to uninstall the toilet, repair the supply line and valve, reinstall the toilet properly, check everything, and clean up. Couldn't ask for a more professional job. Will definitely call Ideal Plumbing when I need more work done first.

Eric and Tony were great. They had to knock part of a wall and ceiling out to expose the problem I had, but examined everything thoroughly. I live in a 1912 home, so it could have been a much bigger repair, but they gave me a really fair price and did a great job. I strongly recommend them.

We needed emergency plumbing at our warehouse in Miramar and All American Plumbing sent out a tech and fixed our plumbing issue immediately. Very professional and they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for all of our plumbing needs. Pricing was very reasonable too.

Tony and Rico from Bill Howe are awesome!! We live in a high rise HOA and only had four hours of water shut off time to change out 11 angle stops- definitely a tight deadline, but they made it happen! They also helped us with installing a new garbage disposal, faucet, dishwasher, and sink hookups. Would definitely call them again for any plumbing projects. Thank you!!

Run. They will rip you off. Upon coming to our home, once our home warranty insurance provider sent them, it was a disaster. To start off, they said the insurance would not cover anything, and you would need to pay us $875. I believed them and scheduled an appointment for the following week. I got a call 45 minutes prior to the appt time that Luis would be at our house to do the work. 1 hour later, no one showed up. I stayed home from work to get this done. They FINALLY called and said he was sent to another job as the boss moved him elsewhere. Not a good start. We rescheduled for 3 days later. They called that morning, and I confirmed I was there. I'm on a work call and didn't answer the call when he was here. Luis didn't even come to the front door and ring the doorbell. I know this due to our Ring doorbell. I get a voicemail saying after 10 minutes, he will have to leave. Who doesn't come to the front door and ring the doorbell? I called 12 minutes after he supposedly came to our home and was told we would need to reschedule again. This isn't a company I would trust to do any work. I can only assume they have some side arrangement because they had zero interest in working with the insurance company.
