Douglas and Giovanni were AWSOME!!! The arrived on time and assessed all of the issues in the condo. They told me step by step what they were doing. They were neat, professional and very helpful. I needed a quote on a water heater and they were nice enough to take a took a look at it and said they'll get back to me. Charlie arrived on time and fixed the leaky kitchen sink and repaired drain.

Brian is always super friendly and diligent about thoroughly checking out my heating and air conditioning unit, as well as suggesting maintenance that I can do myself to prolong the life of the unit. He is also happy to answer all my questions about heating and air conditioning and spends lots of time explaining the system to me.

Dimas the manager was pretty rude and has so much attitude bragging so much about the ratings instead of discussing the process to install the water softener. he basically said go and check with other companies and then come to us.

I was provided excellent service! They showed up right on time with smiles. These two were knowledgeable and efficient, and they helped make the entire visit easy to understand. I will definitely be using their services for any maintenance and/or repairs needed in the future!
