We woke up to cold water coming out of the hot water faucets. In the basement, our 10 year old gas water heater was leaking. What a mess! I phoned Bill Howe. They said a plumber would come to our house that morning. Around 9 a.m. Bruce Hammonds arrived. He sized up the situation and discussed it with me. In 2 hours, a new gas water heater arrived. Bruce then installed it efficiently. Bottom line: from nightmare to sleep easy within 8 hours. We are beyond grateful. Thank you Bill Howe!

After several estimates, I hired Tarpy to replace my ductwork, furnace, AC and thermostat. I now have a hybrid system (heat pump, furnace and thermostat) which works nicely with my solar panels.Paul was the consultant and the installation took.place the same week ! Matthew and Dawson managed and completed the installation in two days, working long days and making sure I was kept informed on each step and answering any questions.Everything now works like a charm and I would/will use this company again.

We had an unexpected water leak under our home. Call several plumbers, and none were available for at least a week. UGH!
