It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. I love it when companies show human decency and a spirit of helping over their bottom line. Would definitely recommend this company and Anthony in particular.

Called Colepepper after seeing a Google Ad... We accidently drilled through a wall into a copper water line. Mitch answered the phone immediately, asked what we needed help with. After I explained the situation he said he would have someone to us in Leucadia within the hour. Less than an hour later Mitch was at the door. He said he didn't have anyone who could get to us sooner, so he got in a truck in rush hour traffic and made it to our location in less than an hour. He quickly assessed the problem, told us what would be required, and gave us a price. The work was completed quickly (less than 2 hours), Mitch was great to deal with- professional, courteous, and friendly- and I would HIGHLY recommend using them.

We were very pleased with the service. Our salesman Joel was very helpful, helped us to get the right system. We had other estimates which were lower, but the salesmen were pushy in trying to get our business. We felt spending a little more was worth it. Very pleased with Jesse and Joseph the installers they did a great job, very respectful of our property. The office staff was helpful in setting up appointments and following up on the service. Joe and his team did a large plumbing job, replacing old cast iron pipes with all new drains as well as installing a laundry hookup. They did a great job! They showed up on time and were respectful and even finished the work ahead of schedule. All this for a very competitive price. I will be using them again in the future!
