Nathan and Tony came out to my property to help diagnose a water leak out of the area drain. They were extremely professional, courteous and on time. I got a text they were on their way and arrived at exactly 10am on a Saturday. My window was 10-12 pm.I explained to them the leak had gone on for 3 weeks and they mentioned it could be due to a possible neighbor leak since the underground pipe may be a french drain configuration (holes to absorb water from the surrounding area). Turns out it was a neighbor leak the entire time!After confirming the water meter on my property was not moving at all, Tony had looked at neighbor's water meter and noticed it was slightly moving. They both went into the neighbor's backyard with permission and found a water hose that was trickling water. After that was turned off, the meter stopped moving. Amazing work!! This leak had been driving me crazy for the past 3 weeks making me worried there could be possible damage or that it was a leak from the city water line. Thankfully this was fixed literally within minutes. Thank you guys so much!

Fantastic experience. Thought my thermostat was broken and called for help. Scheduled same day appt and Paul called and was able to arrive early. Friendly and efficient, he quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, as well as helping me review and troubleshoot other potential upcoming issues with the furnace and a/c in my new home. Carini installed an electric heat pump water heater for us. The old gas water heater had failed. Miguel and his assistant stayed late on a Friday evening to finish the job so that we would have hot water. Most important, Miguel had experience installing electric heat pump water heaters. Many contractors aren't familiar with them. We also needed electrical work done as part of the installation. Carini has their own in-house electrician who was professional and timely did the electrical work. Carini also did all the paper work for the California Energy Tech Rebate Program. We eventually got a rebate for $3,100. The program is designed to promote the switch from gas heating systems to highly efficient electric heat pump systems. Thanks Carini!

We called Joe Garcia with Above and Beyond Drains and Pluming when a previous plumber left us with a leak on a Friday night. Despite the after hours request, he came in a timely manner. He was so friendly and fixed our pipe within 15 minutes of walking in the door. He will be our go to plumber for all future issues. Thank you again for saving us a weekend full of leaks.
