His estimate came in below the others to install a tankless water heater and offered us an excellent warranty. Way way overpriced, and wrong diagnosis. They wanted to charge me almost the cost of a new water heater to replace a gas valve control that was under warranty. I used another service, and they replaced a simple sensor to fix it for much less. I’ll avoid them going forward.
