Best Septic Work in San Diego CA

I was in urgent need and wasn’t getting any assistance from the landlord or a couple of other companies (both canceled 30 mins prior to the scheduled appointment). Called Roto-Rooter, knowing I could be spending a pretty-penny due to it being a weekend day, and the young lady heard my issue, empathized with my situation and had someone out here within 90 minutes. Now comes the best part; the Technician. Omar showed up, allowed me to explain the issue and what I thought was the problem (I have zero plumbing experience), he quickly assessed the issue, provided me with a couple options and the price (which was ok considering the issue and time). Throughout the entire process (which lasted less than an hour), Omar throughly explained each step, allowed me to ask questions, look over his shoulder and we shared casual conversation. Omar’s demeanor, professionalism, knowledge and expertise were all top-notch. However, it did not compare to Omar’s cool vibe and personality. A-1 Guy. He is the reason I am writing this review (I do not write reviews for what I often consider, doing your job) and the reason I will talk favorably about Roto-Rooter. Omar did his job and his personality put it over the top. Stay Cool Omar!! (Congrats again on the 2 new little ones)

I'm a contractor of 15 years and been running jobs for 25 years. I never felt so ripped off in all my life. Trying them out for the first time got a quote for $500 to remove 1 toilet two sinks and replace angle stops this is on a remodel job I took the countertop off removed the cabinets around the sink. Everything had easy access. He left the job twice for over an hour both times then came back finished his job and charged me $1,000. I said what happened to the quote of $500, he laughed and said no way I told you a thousand dollars. I said for a half day's work. Really

Joe was amazing. We had a leak coming from our toilet and they fixed it. Customer service was great and we were able to book a same day appointment.

Adrian was able to get my old faucet at my rental replaced next day, and for a fair price. He showed up on time, and did good, clean work. I definitely recommend him if you need something done.

I called San Diego Plumbing, Heating & Air in Santee Ca for an air conditioning issue. I was given a diagnosis that afternoon. It was clear that the condenser had to be replaced. I was given an estimate, and in 3 hours (same day), I have a new condenser, in place and working perfectly. This is the second time I have used their services this year. Both jobs were 5 star.
