Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

I had a water leak in the crawl space under my house during the rainy season so I didn't see it on the ground or driveway due to the rain water. Once I discovered it I had them come out that day. It was a weekend so there was an extra charge, however, during our severe drought and with the price of our water it was worth the extra expense. Pablo came out, got it fixed, and asked me probably 3 times if I had any questions. When was the last time you had a plumber ask you if you had any questions? I highly recommend Fox Plumbing. While you may not see commercials for them on TV remember that the customer is actually paying for those commercials.

Kevin is wonderful! Very nice and efficient with a tricky leak detection and repair. We had a leak from an upstairs sink leaking into the ceiling and room below. The leak was in a difficult location behind the sink where other companies might have needed to remove our entire vanity (which is built into the wall). Kevin rolled up his sleeves, got it there, and got the job done. He saved us the trouble of having to do a full blown bathroom renovation by leaving our sink and vanity intact. Not only did he fix the problem for us, he also cleared the drain while he was at it without prompting! Also Andrew, our initial contact and dispatch, is super courteous and helpful as well. I had a pipe leak, and terrible water pressure in the shower. Called True Value Plumbing and had Christian out within 20 min. He fixed the pipe leak in addition added new fixture to the shower.
