Don took my call and came to my rescue! Within hours, the problem was resolved and the pricing was beyond fair. I have had Don, Grant and their team work on over 10 projects at my homes. Every service call they are timely, professional, fair and extremely courteous. On top of all that - they are so knowledgeable. Core Plumbing is wonderful company and I would highly recommend them! I truly can’t praise them enough and am thankful that I found them!

I found a new go-to plumbing company! The service tech was extremely nice and loved both our dogs who were allowed to be outside their crates! Both of our toilets were fixed in no time and it didn’t break the bank either! 5 stars all the way - I would highly recommend to anyone who needs anything done plumbing related!

I had a minor leak in my bathtub drain which was affecting the unit below me. I was fortunate to have William and Cameron diagnose my problem quickly and return within a short time period to repair the problem . They also provided two different options with different costs to choose from which we really appreciated. The entire experience was not only done with the height of professionalism and knowledge, but with great attitudes and even some laughter which is a rare find today. Prices were reasonable, appointment times were prompt, and these two men definitely went the extra mile to make the experience pleasant. I will recommend Perry Plumbing to my friends and family. On Christmas Eve I could hear a weird hissing noise in my laundry room. I called Jared and he was able to come out right away was able to determine a leak in one of my hot water pipes under the laundry room floor. He took care of everything for us promptly the day after Christmas, cutting the floor, fixing the pipe, replacing our water heater and making sure to recommend best courses of action. I’ve worked with him many times on multiple different jobs for me and he is always courteous, replies promptly, is on time and does a great job.

Background: Our condo HOA is using ProTec for repairs. I get the invoices and review them. They routinely charge for basic tools such as a hammer, nail puller, caulk gun, bucket, bottled water for the workers etc. etc. They keep the tools! They add a 30% handling fee to invoices from Home Depot, Dixieline etc. unless we give them an HOA credit card which we won't do. Work example: They used regular nails on a dry rotted exterior deck handrail and trim repair. Best practice is to use galvanized fasteners that don't rust through the paint. Very poor value for what amounts to handyman level work.
