Best Furnaces Repair in San Diego CA

This was our first time using Powers Plumbing. We were searching for someone specializing in old gravity heaters after an SDG&E inspection deemed necessary. First company said it was unfixable as part was no longer available. We found Powers online. Due to illness of staff, we were rescheduled twice, which had us a little concerned. The day scheduled to come the best tech for our job was delayed at an earlier call. Despite it being late in the day, he came! And, the communication was fantastic letting us know. He went to work and unfortunately, it was far more time consuming than we’d ever imagined. It was dark out, and the heater is under house. We were hoping somehow he could come back the next day, but never articulated that. He actually stayed longer to finish the job. It was so late, maybe 8 pm, that we thought maybe missed him leaving. All I can say is, he was amazing!!! He went above and beyond. We appreciate it so much as the heater was out since before Christmas. So, Powers Plumbing and the technician E.B. are held in the highest regard by our family. He left, the heat was working, and he was off to another job! Thank you Eric, Gail and Powers Plumbing! We are so impressed and grateful!!!

Our experience with Jeremy was great. He arrived earlier than scheduled (which we appreciated very much) and was prepared. When we asked about our concerns, he thoroughly explained the issues and suggested the best solution, as well as other alternatives.

Both Ed and Lendale were excellent. Professional, timely, and they did great work to repair my sink and disposal. Would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

I knew it had been since before I bought this house that the furnace had been cleaned. I also heard an odd noise over the weekend. Alex came out this afternoon for a cleaning, and is coming back to replace a motor. He was friendly, happy to help me understand things, and informative about the need for the motor to be replaced.

Our furnace started failing and Tarpy was contacted to debug and replace. We are very pleased with their professionalism, communication, and work. The texts they send as a reminder & technician picture/background info are excellent. Bowen and his helper (cannot remember his name) were awesome. The replacement was done very quickly and they made sure condo remained clean by using drop cloths and vacuuming up the debris. Highly recommend Tarpy Plumbing Heating and Air.
