I am so thankful for the expertise and quick response of Bill Howe Plumbing and with our initial technicians Saul and Jesse. We were able to schedule our appointment immediately upon finding water in our garage suddenly one morning after using the dishwasher. Saul and Jesse were called out as senior drain technicians, due to the type of leak we had. Saul and Jesse worked together to get to the bottom and root cause of our sudden leak. They were transparent with their process, and went above and beyond our expectations with additional work that needed to be done, took care for my home, and repaired the damaged pipe quickly. From start to finish, I was very well aware of the next steps and felt encouraged, (even though I had to enter into water mitigation and a small demo in my kitchen and garage). Which brings me to the next crew of experts. I hope I name all of the amazing gentlemen who came by and cared for our home in remediation efforts. But, Eric, Fidel, Francisco, Carlos, Kyle, Freddie etc. all came in professionally, and with respect for my home, and what I was going through. They were all flexible with my work scheduling needs, and the heat wave. They were all patient with my questions, and never pushed beyond what I was comfortable with (even if I had to come to terms with some drywall removal). There is a clear pride in the work that these gentlemen do. Even my adjuster said (wow they did a great job containing everything!) if you are nervous about a sudden leak, or you found water damage in your home, Bill Howe can assist with identifying the plumbing issue, repairs, water mitigation, restoration, demo and reconstruction repairs all in the same company and in a timely manner. This is helpful if using insurance. Both Saul and Jesse my original technicians, even came back to check that the repair and mitigation were holding up. I couldn’t be more grateful! Anthony is the best plumber we have ever hired. There was a leakage in the first-floor bathroom and we could not spot the source. Anthony helped us with all our plumbing issues, he detected the slab leak in no time and fixed it with utmost precision. He even cleaned the entire work area after fixing the slab leak. We called looking for an emergency plumber to come to our home. A water main had broken and water was gushing out! The service personnel that we spoke with on the phone let us know that the plumber was not available until after 5 (on a Sunday) because he was out in another job. However, she would see if he could call and assist us with shutting the water off. The plumber DID call and walk through the steps of shutting the water off. He even FacedTimed with us and we showed him what the area looked like and he guided us. We’re so grateful for his assistance!! We have to go through our warranty to get it fixed, but we are enterally grateful for the plumbers assistance as well as the friendly service personnel that took our call. Fuentes is a family business. From the first moment I panicked called to Ruth with sewage water about to spill over my my shallow shower stall, she handled it with professionalism and ensured me that technicians will be out ASAP. Then Pablo and Cesar showed up and took care of one of the shower blockage and as Cesar was showing me the final result he noticed the toilet bubbling up. He knew right away that it was main sewage line problem. We looked for it and he asked if it’s ok to perform since it’s a condo unit and main line involves HOA. As I said yes to him, HOA president showed up at my doorstep and started lecturing. Cesar tried to diffuse the situation and showed him the problem. He agreed to pay for cleaning out the main line to the city sewage line. The whole thing was all done in a couple of hours. I can’t thank them enough. If they didn’t solve it, both units at the bottom would have been flooded with sewage water. They are professional, courteous and have all the right tools. I could not be happier with the service we received from Bill Howe. We had an issue with our kitchen sink on Mother’s Day, they arrived within two hours, they fixed the problem right away and the serviceman was so incredibly nice.
