Our service technician, Josh, was excellent! He called ahead, was waiting at the house when I arrived, evaluated the problem quickly and went right to work. Within just a short time, he had resolved the drain stoppage problem and restored our house to good working order. Josh was super professional and personable and even loved on our two big dogs who kept pestering him to see what he was doing under our sink. Josh even noticed, when I wrote him a check, that we use a military bank and inquired if we were a military family so that he could offer us the military discount - now THAT is customer service!

He was pleaseant, clean, professional. The inspection was quick, again, no drama, he confirmed everythign was opperational, pointed out potential concerns but no over sell.
