Just bought a house and noticed water leaks. Caesar came out and started to see what was going on. This company served me on a Sunday with no up charge. It is a family owned business. The tech fixed the problem and even did further prevention methods for an extra few bucks. Caesar even walked through the house and I showed him my other concerns and he showed me what things I can do myself and what I shouldn’t. Caesar even put new threaded valves on my leaks so I can change them myself in the future. He even offered to hang my tv for a few bucks!!! Haha. Great service, very personable, and you pay per job rather than the hour. I’d use again 10/10

Received two unsolicited calls in two days. Tried to explain that I didn’t want any service on my home but caller hung up on me mid-sentence. Then, called, “customer service,” who was completely dismissive to me. All I told her was they’re sales reps needed better training. Hanging up on me did not make me want to use their device in the future.

My friend had an emergency situation at her house in point loma and the only san diego plumber that answered the phone at all were these guys. Granted it was like 1am. We were busy trying to keep the carpets from being totally destroyed (a pipe had burst) so we didn't even notice he had showed up lol. After a short time the plumber was able to stop the water from flowing everything and destroying the house!

Jason and Jimmy did a superb job installing our new Mitsubishi Wall Mounted A/C in less than a day. They worked very closely and professionally with their Electric subcontractor. We are very happy.....cool!

I was a transfer customer after the company My guy heating & air closed down , and I couldn't be happier with Tarpy Heating , air & plumbing. Rafael was my service technician and he came on a maintenance check. I told him I wasn't really feeling my heating and air and confirmed only my fan was working. He was able to get my heater to work, but after doing his diagnostic, he suspected the problem was a bad breaker for my AC that i just needed to replace.Rafael also updated my thermostat as my previous one was not working and partly the cause of my issue with my unit. He did a clean install, covering the previous hole in the wall I had and also gave me wiring options on how I wanted it setup. Side note: my house is older so I didn't have a spare wire to power the thermostat.Overall very pleased with the service. He came on time, was clean , wears shoe covers and gave me tips on my equipment. I recommend signing up for there maintenance plan which they will come out twice a year for maintenance and also offer free diagnostics for members.

Bill Howe encourages their employees to take their commercial trucks home and park them in private neighborhoods- whether they live there or not. The problem then lies with the inhabitants of these neighborhoods, as there is no where to park in an already congested area. The issue isn't whether it's legal- the issue is that it's not fair. Our neighborhood is upset because we already have trouble finding parking. I called Bill Howe to try to resolve the issue after seeing two of their employees park their trucks and leave in their smaller vehicles to go home. Their associate on the phone had no intention to resolve anything, was incredibly rude and even went as far as to insinuate that I was responsible for the vandalism that has been done to their trucks. It was very disappointing, as a native San Diegan, to discover that this is NOT a local San Diego family-owned company that values basic common courtesy, positive community relations, or meaningful conversations around conflict resolution- so much for we know Howe!!I definitely know Howe to hire another company for my plumbing, heating/air conditioning needs that actually CARES about the communities within our finest city.

called them out for slab leak in my unitthey show up on-time, pin point the leak under slab, cover the entire areajackhammer the slab fix leak with high quality pipe and fitting,they did really clean job with really fair price .i am recommending American Ace Plumbing to every one

I was assigned these guys at the behest of my home warranty company for a clogged drain in a guest bathroom. The plumber showed up for 5 minutes. He didn't even open his tool box. He immediately said he couldn't do it. He had me sign something on his iPhone (for a report), said he contact me later and left. That was the last I heard from these guys. I followed up the next day (Friday) and was told I'd hear from them first thing Monday. Wrong again. The only thing they are express at is collecting a service fee for services never rendered. These guys are lazy quitters. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...
