I called John Padilla Plumbing right after my Tennant had called me saying that the shower turned on by itself and won’t turn off. Alex answered the phone right away and was very helpful. She sent over Fernando and his helper Tristan that same day. They diagnosed the problem with ease and explained to me the options. The very next day they came and replaced the shower valve, by opening the drywall as to not mess up the tile. Fernando and Tristan were very fast and efficient and did an amazing job.
