I would like to thank you for sending Tanner to do my plumbing repairs. He did an excellent job. Tanner is the whole package. A hard worker, reliable, a technical expert, great communicator, and very personable.He was here from 9 to 5:45 working and taking only a 45 minute lunch break. He kept me informed of what he was doing. He coordinated with the neighbor when installing the drain tube that when in her yard. He talked on the phone to my insurance adjuster answering all his questions. And when he finished the job he showed me all his work and explained it in plain terms I could understand. He showed me the shut off valves and how easy they were for me to use.The new pipe he installed went thru the attic storage room. It was tucked tight to the wall, wrapped in insulation and anchored neatly. It looked really nice. The access hole he put in the wall behind the shower head had a nice looking cover over it. Even the water heater in the closet looked clean and neat. I was very pleased with how good everything looked. He paid attention to the smallest detail. He also seemed proud of the job he did. Rightly so.He took about ½ to do the paperwork (his least favorite part of the job- ha ha). Then showed it to me and explained. He had taken pictures that were attached. I was impressed that he did it before he left. It was like the bow on the finished package.

I asked Point Loma Electric to evaluate several projects, both big and small, based on the feedback from Yelp. I was not disappointed. Greg came out and handled everything perfectly. The experience was unbelievably good. There were one or two small adjustments to things for which he did not charge me, including an awkward ceiling fan that just needed the remote control reprogrammed. We will have them come back for some of the larger projects for sure. They will be our go-to electricians from now on.Their office persons were also very pleasant and helpful in scheduling the meeting. They called the day of the appointment to let me know someone was on their way.

I'm really satisfied with the new gas water heater that Ryan Nash installed at my house. He prioritized to finish the install late at night! Provided excellent customer service as he was patient to move the water softener out of the way of the water heater and even modified the water pipe for better access to water heater. Ryan has been courteous and professional. He explained what I needed to look out for when common water problems arise. He also fixed a leaky pipe at my front yard. I examined his work after the install and would say that all the connecting valves and drain pipe were placed much better than the old that came with the house.Corbin, the new apprentice has been helpful moving items in the garage as well. As a side note, happy to see that Ryan is willing to teach the trade to Corbin!Continue your good work!Will definitely recommend All American Plumbing to friends and family! Thank you!

Ace Contractors Plumbing was such a great experience from beginning to end! They were professional, prompt, courteous and had great attention to detail. They were also reasonably priced! I highly recommend!

I am having my first experience with Carini HVAC and I must say that if the installation project ends the way it began I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone as a first choice. They arrived promptly at 0830 as I was told and to get things kicked off both Dennis [field installation manager] and Bowen [sales and service] came and gave preliminary instructions for what should occur during the project, then left the electrician, Anthony and Tim to do the installation. Everyone was very efficient, knowledgeable, answered a billion questions about the units installation and operation, very accommodating, pleasant, friendly and professional. They vacuumed frequently as they went, covered the floors and went about their work in a very organized manner. I am recommending all of them for $50K per year increases and I will follow up with more as the job is completed but I thought I would post this review in case anyone if looking for a contractor to install their HVAC system. As promised, the techs arrived on time for the second day and just left after completing the installation and thoroughly explaining the warranty on the unit, how to clean and operate it, sweeping debris from our patio, driveway and vacuuming the areas where they worked. While standing next to the outside unit I did not realize that it was running it is so quiet. The inside units we selected are efficient to the point that we had to quickly turn them down and ultimately off because it got very cold in our home. I would highly recommend Carini to [ANYONE] in the market for an HVAC system. I also can't say enough about Dennis who came back today to check on their progress and Tim and Anthony were superb in their work. They are the epitome of professionalism and worked without constant supervision. I would hire either of them in a heart beat. Thanks very much Carini for a job very well done. So There!!Sylvin and Pat
