The installation was very good. It is now centered in the closet, sitting in a non-rust pan raised off the ground, all the paperwork is accessible, the details are filled out on the stickers, the plumbing and gas lines are new and properly routed. Just an outstanding job and great attention to detail all around.They are local and care about what they do, more so than other plumbers and pipe-fitters I have dealt with. Love this company. They installed our furnace a few years back and have been upfront about all the work and helped us understand the best way for us to keep up. Today tech Alex was the one assigned to us for an issue we had with it. He was very nice even connected with my kiddo who wanted to know everything. He was very detailed and very informative.
