Bruner (our technician's name) was awesome. Seriously. I've used ASI for the last few years. They were o.k.....but this guy was the best. Even as an ASI customer, they were not able to even make a service call on my broken a/c for 8 days. That is unacceptable. Carini made it out the next day, fixed the problem, and now have a customer for life. Thanks Bruner!!
