I highly recommend Roto-Rooter! Everyone, from the dispatcher to the plumber, Jim Fisher, that showed up at my house at 11:30pm to take care of my problem was professional, courteous, compassionate, and honest! I broke my kitchen faucet at about 10pm the night before I was to have a real estate showing on my home the next day at 11am. The dispatcher that I first spoke to followed up, like he said would, after he spoke to a plumber. Then, when Mr. Fisher showed up, he answered all my questions, calmed my panic, and was able to replace my faucet even though he had been at work since 7:30 that morning! I can't thank you enough!
