Wonderful. We called last minute for two different jobs at two different locations and they were able to do both back to back. On time, very quick, neat, friendly. Did a great job. Very good pricing. Definitely use them again.

They came out and did a recall repair on my water heater. I was unable to be at the residence but my wife made it home and they supposedly did the repair, yesterday when I checked the repair that was made from the recall the control panel about fell off the front of my water heater which was mounted firmly with screws and wired were visable from the side of the control panel. Spoke to the company and asked why were they worried about me meeting the san antonio code and not worried about the poor work their 19yr old technician did. I recieved an attitude and also told that me or my wife would need to take more time off rather than being able to to accomadate since we already took time off. All they give you is a big attitude and a long sales pitch about things that aren't needed. GO ELSE WHERE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BECAUSE THEY ARE A JOKE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! HOW THEY GOT LICENSING TO BEGING WITH IS BEYOND ME! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BOOT!!!!!!

This is the only company after calling over a dozen that responded to my after hours request for sewer back up at my complex. The guy was professional and kept in contact with me until his technician showed up on site. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will be using again.

I was very impressed with Timothy and Joe. They were very polite, clean and explained every detail of the job. Our laundry room drain is now clog free and running great. Just got to my house. I had a galvanized pipe break off six inches under ground. It was exposed and my A&A Plumber said, I don’t deal with galvanized pipes. I do not have the threader yo do it but I can replace your entire water line throughout the back of your home. Excuse me???? I’m asking for a 30 minute job with a plumber with the right tools. Since he has no knowledge of how to fix it, he decided to try to upsell me with a few thousand dollar project. Yes, even though he couldn’t fix it, he still charged me the fee for coming out. Do not waste your time with these guys.
