Amazing service!!! Hands down the best plumbing service I have ever experienced. This team of plumbers genuinely cared. The entire team was open and honest about every process of the job. They were able to break down the work in layman's terms so that I understood what was going on and what needed to be done. This entire team from office personnel, excavator, to plumber are top notch. I definitely recommend using them for any and every service needed, I know I will!

This past week, following a New Year's day pipe leak in our master bath, was our third time using People's Choice for plumbing needs in our home. Each time, we've had a very positive experience, starting with the responsiveness and timeliness of arriving at the job and all the way through with the quality of the repairs. They were very transparent of the work to be done and we never felt we were given unfair quotes and prices - we would absolutely use them again for whatever next plumbing issue we may have!

Service was good and our technician was thorough. The 3 stars is a result of them cancelling my 8am appointment without letting me know. I waited from 8-10am and when I called I was informed that they had called the day before and left a message to confirm (this message said nothing about cancelling appt if not confirmed). Since I did not, they cancelled my appointment. Maybe they are not aware that 80% of the messages people receive from unsaved numbers today are scams and robocalls. So, I did not get this message in a timely manner. If this is their practice, to cancel appts that are not confirmed, I would suggest a second way of connecting with clients. Email or text maybe? Maybe a second call in the AM prior to cancelling? At least that gives the client a fair chance to confirm appt.

They did a great job got us up and running . We have a woman shelter and family shelter . Our chiller went down they got it fix same day.

About a month ago we had a toilet leaking in our office and decided to call out Parker and Sons Plumbing to repair it. The plumber was on time and explained what he was going to do to fix the leak. At that time we also mentioned the toilet had been overflowing on a monthly basis and he said he'd take a look at that too.He was able to get everything repaired within 45 minutes and we haven't had any problems since! We're very happy with their quality of service and professionalism..it also helps that we don't have to keep paper towels on the ready to clean up toilet water!

Josh was very professional. He listened patiently and worked efficiently. He explained everything in detail and provided great service!

They replaced my water heater last summer and I have had no problems with it or the connections.

This business is fair, they provide quality products, and they come prepared for any situation. The worker (i think it was Jacob) was approachable, he knew his job well, and even took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my plumbing and steps to prevent future disasters. I will be doing business with the company from now on. I’m voting for all of them in the next election.
