To start, Uryss M. got back to us on Yelp within 5 minutes...after standard working hours. They were professional, courteous, and mindful of my time. Mitch came to our home exactly when they said he would. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain everything regarding our home's plumbing, he was very friendly with our three dogs! He gave us a prompt and accurate estimate, and went way beyond expectations. He did the work immediately following diagnostic, and he finished the work brilliantly! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

Showed up on time and did exelent work at a fair price and cleaned up after finishing which other companies Ive used did not. I highly recommend this company.

Saturday morning of the Memorial Day weekend we had a plumbing problem. The sewer line was clogged and water was backing up ... Nasty! I called Primo Plumbing and they had a plumber at my home in about 90 minutes. He put a long snake down the line and got rid of the clog. Sunday morning the same thing happened again. I called Primo Plumbing and a plumber was at the house within one hour. He used the snake again and this time cleared it well. We checked the sewer flow and it is draining well.The response on a weekend is one thing but to have that quick a response on a holiday weekend is superb.I commend them greatly.

This company checked to see if I had a water line issue with my refrigerator. Thankfully, none arose. However, the firm was very responsive.

They were called to service my hot water heater and water softener. Even though I was their last service call of the day, approaching quitting time on a Friday, they replaced a faucet and unclogged a drain while performing the service call. Very professional and answered all of my questions. Ryan was especially patient with all of my questions. I know who my plumber is.

Scheduling the service was a breeze. They even quoted a firm price over the phone. This saved at least a day or two in installation time. The price quoted was about 1/2 other quotes. Installation was excellent. The Hot Water Heater was a superior model. Extra parts were needed, and they did not charge for the extra parts or labor. will never use another plumbing company.

I've used this company for many years. They are my first choice for any kind of plumbing work because they're honest, conscientious, responsive, and have fair prices.
