I left a message on George Plumbing's phone and had a call back within 5 minutes and an appointment for late afternoon with the assurance that if a slot opened beforehand I would get a call (really appreciated that as I had the water to the house shut off). Within thirty minutes I got a call that a team was on the way. Within no time Dan and Austin assessed the problem and quickly replaced my Hose Bibb. the work was done in a timely manner and the cost was consistent with what I was quoted on the phone. Dan and Austin were friendly, careful of my property, and explained what was needed and what might be needed. Thanks to all of you for such great service. This company does temporary fixes. Just got home from work coming home to busted irrigation pipe they temporarily fixed it “obviously “ they charged me $5 for the part and $325 in labor. That’s because I had already exposed the pipe and drained the water out of the hole myself by the time their plumber got there. But because it’s been passed their 30 day warranty they can’t come out to fix the problem unless I pay more money. It’s very disappointing when I got my little ones at home who need to take their showers before bed ready for school tomorrow. I recommend not making your last call to this last call company.

Scheduling the service was a breeze. They even quoted a firm price over the phone. This saved at least a day or two in installation time. The price quoted was about 1/2 other quotes. Installation was excellent. The Hot Water Heater was a superior model. Extra parts were needed, and they did not charge for the extra parts or labor. will never use another plumbing company.
