He also changed a fixture complimentary to make up for the original misdiagnosis.I had the misfortune of being assigned to this company by home warranty. They came, took my co-pay, and didn't do the job. Instead asked to open another claim and DIY it. When the warranty company tried to contact them, they were unable to get a hold of them.

I’ve been in the construction trades virtually all my life and Josh Guajardo is one of the best technicians, troubleshooters I’ve come across. He was very cordial, extremely knowledgeable, very conscious of our needs and schedules, respects our home, very clean, and gave us a great insight of things that we might need to have in our system going forward. He was what I call amazing and a breath of fresh air

Parker and Sons came right out when we had a main line clog. Paul took time to explain what happened and how to fix it. The cost has better than I would expect on an emergency. Paul was quick, efficient and professional. I would recommend them and will call them again.

He even was cutting jokes and laughing with us and made the whole experience pleasant. Ben also made sure the whole mess was cleaned up as well.
