The plumbing techs were professional, followed good COVID practices, and they got everything taken care quickly. My only complaint has nothing to do with their service. The cost was way more than what I was expecting. But I’m sure the cost would be similar regardless of the company doing the work.

My wife found this company searching on google. Nathan, Alex and Joe are currently working on a Difficult Slab Leak Problem at my house. I got to see their work first hand for two day. From my 8 years of experience from heavy construction industry I can tell you guys this. These guys are a rear breed. They are in the Top 1 percent when it comes to plumber. I don’t think these guys eat or sleep. Oh boy these guys will make sure you have running water before they leave even it is 2 am in the morning. They are a bunch of good guys trying to run a top notch plumbing business. On Saturday night at 8 pm, I arrived home to a flooded bedroom. A water pipe in the attic had leaked causing extensive damage to the room. I called RotoRooter and they arrived within 1 hour. They sent an inspector, a plumber, and a restoration crew. The plumber immediately fixed the leak which allowed me to stay in my own home for the night! The restoration crew worked tirelessly until 3 AM to remove the flooring, wallboard, and insulation. They also installed dehumidifiers to speed the drying process. Over the next 5 days, Antonio checked on the machines and the moisture content daily. Colton and Darrel answered all of my phone calls and questions very professionally. When they were finished, I received a packet of reports that verified the results. All of the employees involved helped to make an extremely stressful situation as calm as possible.

This is a very professional company. We had our water heater elevated 18” and the expansion tank replaced and a pressure release valve (PRV) installed as we are in the process of selling our house. It was a very smooth and stress free process. Their prices are fair, and their guys do very good, quality work. They are a family owned and run business, and they have a really good sense of humor. We will definitely work with them again and recommend them.
